Aerial Work Platform: Bridge Maintenance Scissor Lift, BSL 100-20 provides service access to heights beyond ordinary reach, whether it may be for overhead construction or maintenance on bridges, tunnels, or highway underpasses. The combination of its 7,000-pound capacity scissor lift and dual-cylinder hydraulic system accommodates heights from up to 20 feet high. The platform allows side extensions to reach up to 3 additional feet on both sides. Its stabilizers confirm that the unit meets the 90-mph wind stability per ANSI requirement. The Bridge Service Lift Unit is designed to provide the user with convenient low maintenance, safe, mobile scissor lift that may be mounted on any commercially available chassis that meets the Gross Vehicle Weight (G.V.W.) rating, and Cab to Axle (CA) dimension requirements needed for the specific Tesco Scissors Lift. The chassis may be equipped with either a gasoline or diesel engine and with either automatic or manual transmission. The truck chassis is prepared by adding either one of two types of hydraulic pumps, sized to fit the Hi-Lift unit’s requirements.
